Dr Hermann Gschwandtner,
NCM Coordinator & FSC
In South Asia, Compassionate Ministries have transformed the lives of thousands of the poorest and most underprivileged of society. In all South Asian countries, Nazarene ministry was first started through NCM, and through its impact and that of the JESUS Film ministry, Nazarene districts have developed and thousands have accepted Christ as their Saviour.
Projects of compassion often start through the response to urgent needs and disasters, such as the 2004 tsunami tragedy in the Indian Ocean. Another powerful example is the comprehensive approach of "Child Development Centres" which are now being started all over South Asia and are transforming thousands of children, families, and communities. Visit the pages below to find out more about these ministries and general NCM work in South Asia.
